How to install tiktak on your device
Android APK installation
To install our tiktak app on Android, first download the APK file from our website or the link provided in your welcome email. Open your device settings, navigate to Security or Apps, and enable "Unknown sources" or "Install from unknown sources" (the exact label varies by Android version). This permission allows you to install apps outside the Google Play Store. Return to your Downloads folder, tap the tiktak APK file, and follow the on-screen prompts. Once installation completes, open the app, log in with your username and password, and you are ready to access our sportsbook, live dealer, slots, and esports markets.
iOS browser and web app
On iOS, open Safari or Chrome and navigate to our tiktak website. Log in with your account credentials. Once logged in, tap the Share button (the square with an arrow), scroll down, and select "Add to Home Screen." Name the shortcut "tiktak" and tap Add. The app icon now appears on your home screen. Tap it anytime to open our tiktak web app. You get the same full access to sportsbook, live dealer, slots, and esports as the Android app, with the same account balance and transaction history.
Web app access
You can also access tiktak from any web browser on desktop, tablet, or phone by visiting our website directly. Log in, and your account loads immediately. The web interface is responsive and works on all screen sizes. Some users prefer the web app for larger screens (desktop or tablet), while others use the mobile app for convenience. Both paths connect to the same account, so your balance and bets sync across devices in real time.
Our tiktak mobile app and web access give you the same account, the same games, and the same payment methods—DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet—whether you are in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or Semarang.
Installation troubleshooting
If you see a warning that the app is from an unknown developer, this is normal for APK files installed outside the Play Store. Android requires you to trust the source before installation. Tap "Install anyway" or "Continue" to proceed. If your device blocks installation due to security settings, go to Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps, find your browser or file manager, and toggle the permission on. On iOS, if the web app does not save to your home screen, try using Safari instead of Chrome, or clear your browser cache and try again. If you encounter certificate or SSL warnings, this typically means your device's date and time are incorrect; check your device settings and update them if needed.
App vs. browser: what to expect
Our tiktak app and web browser both connect to the same account and offer the same games, but they differ in a few ways. The app stores some data locally, so certain pages load faster on repeat visits. Push notifications on the app alert you to live events, withdrawal approvals, and account activity; the browser does not send notifications. The app works offline for viewing your balance and past bets, then syncs when you reconnect. The browser requires an active internet connection at all times. Both are equally secure; we encrypt data in transit and at rest on both platforms. Choose the app for convenience and speed, or the browser if you prefer not to download files or want to use tiktak on a computer.
Device compatibility and requirements
Our tiktak app runs on Android 7.0 and later. Most devices sold in the last five years meet this requirement. On iOS, we support iOS 12 and above, which covers iPhone 5s and newer models. If your device is older, you can still access tiktak through a web browser on any device with a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Check your device settings to confirm your operating system version. If you are unsure, visit Settings → About Phone (Android) or Settings → General → About (iOS) and look for the version number.
Data, permissions, and account security
Our tiktak app requests permission to access your device's storage (to cache game data and images), your internet connection (to communicate with our servers), and optionally your camera (for account verification during KYC). We do not access your contacts, photos, or other personal files. All data sent to our tiktak servers is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. Your password is never stored on your device; we store only a secure session token. If you log out or uninstall the app, the token is deleted. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication if available. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately via live chat or email.
